Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the KruxoAI platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use KruxoAI only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to generate illegal, abusive, harassing, or harmful content. Violations of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

2. Credits System & Payments

KruxoAI operates on a hybrid credit and subscription system. Free accounts are provided with a fixed amount of starter credits. Paid plans or credit top-ups are billed as outlined on our pricing page. Note: Some payments may be processed manually; please allow up to 24 hours for manual verifications to reflect on your account.

3. Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of our services and API costs incurred during usage, we generally do not offer refunds once credits are used or a subscription period has commenced. For manual payments, refunds are only issued if the service is not provided as described and no credits have been utilized.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you generate on our platform. KruxoAI's name, logo, brand assets, and underlying platform code remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) and advertising networks (Google AdSense). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party actions or policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

KruxoAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which KruxoAI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
