By accessing and using KruxoAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use KruxoAI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the AI tools to generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly abusive content.
• Attempt to bypass our rate limits, reverse engineer our API, or exploit the credits system.
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape or interact with the platform without prior authorization.

3. Credits System

KruxoAI operates on a credits-based system. Credits are consumed when you use our AI tools (e.g., generating text, analyzing pages, creating images). Free accounts receive a designated daily or one-time allotment of credits. Premium plans provide additional monthly allocations. Unused credits may roll over or expire depending on your specific subscription plan.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for premium plans or additional credits are processed securely. Because KruxoAI incurs immediate API costs when you generate content, we generally do not offer automatic refunds for used credits.

Manual Payments & Refunds: For manually processed payments or specific billing disputes, please contact support. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of KruxoAI administration, typically only if the service was entirely inaccessible or credits were not delivered.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent payment activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

KruxoAI provides AI-generated content "as is." We are not liable for any damages, business interruptions, or loss of data resulting from the use or inability to use our platform. You are solely responsible for how you apply the AI-generated content in your own projects.
