We only collect the information necessary to provide the KruxoAI Mail Manager service. This includes your name, email address, and OAuth tokens required to sync with your connected Gmail accounts.
Your OAuth tokens are heavily encrypted using AES-256-CBC encryption and securely stored in our Firestore database. They are strictly used to securely fetch and manage emails on your behalf within the dashboard. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
We implement strict industry-standard security measures, including CSRF protection, rate limiting, and encrypted database connections to ensure your data is always safe.
You can disconnect your Google accounts at any time from your dashboard, which will permanently delete your tokens from our servers. You may also delete your entire KruxoAI Mail Manager account via the dashboard settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
